This included having the JDD Commission report to the Plan Commission rather than <br />having developer’s appealing a JDD recommendation to the City Council. <br />6. OTHER DISCUSSION ITEMS AS BROUGHT FORWARD BY TASK FORCE MEMBERS: <br />Mr. Jacob noted various funding opportunities that the Task Force should research, including U.S. <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development Sustainable Communities Challenge Grants. <br />7. SCHEDULING OF NEXT MEETING: <br />th <br />The Task Force agreed to hold a meeting on Wednesday, August 4 and that the meeting be hosted by <br />Olivette. <br />8. PUBLIC COMMENTS: <br />Chairman Jacobs asked if there was anyone in the public who wanted to address the Task Force. <br />Mr. Tom Bloomfield spoke before the Task Force. He noted that he recently purchased commercial <br />property along the Olive Boulevard corridor, near the Olive and I-170 interchange. <br />9. ADJOURNMENT: <br />Chairman Jacob asked if there were any further questions or comments.
