CITIZEN COMMENTS
Gloria Nickerson, 7576 Blackberry
Ms. Nickerson spoke concerning her appointment to the Economic Sales Tax Board by Mayor
Adams and her subsequent removal. Attached to the end of these minutes are the exhibits A
though F and AA she asked to be made part of the record. She read the letter she received
from the City Clerk reappointing Gordon Myers to the Economic Sales Tax Board, stating the
review of her appoint by the City Attorney was in violation of the Sunshine Law. Ms. Nickerson
spoke of her meeting with Mayor Welsch and the subsequent letter she sent back to the Mayor
the next day. She said this had forced her to hire an attorney who wrote to the Mayor and
copied the City Manager. Ms. Nickerson asked for a public apology for defaming her and her
character. She said she will be filing the proper Sunshine paperwork with the City Clerk
tomorrow.

Elsie Glickert, 6712 Etzel

13
