All matters covered in the staff report to the Plan Commission have <br />been sufficiently addressed. <br /> <br />Mr. Munkel movec~ approval. Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion, which carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Responding to Mr. Schoomer, Mr. Ollendorff said that this met with all the statutory <br />requirements and that the taxes are paid. <br /> <br />PERSONNEL REPORT: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams acknowledged the receipt of the personnel report ending the week of <br />December 18, 1998. <br /> <br />CITY CLERK'S DOCKET: <br /> <br />BILLS FOR INTRODUCTION: <br /> <br />A bill was introduced by Mr. Schoomer, entitled: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SUBMISSION OF A PROPOSITION, <br />AUTHORIZING UNIVERSITY CITY TO LEVY AND IMPOSE ANNUALLY FOR THE REPAIR <br />OF LATERAL SEWER LINES ON RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY HAVING SIX OR LESS <br />DWELLING UNITS A FEE NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-EIGHT DOLLARS PER YEAR, TO THE <br />QUALIFIED VOTERS OF THE CITY AT THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION ON APRIL <br />6, 1999. <br /> <br />The bill was given its first reading and assigned number 8409. <br /> <br />Responding to the Mayor, Mr. Ollendorff said that the statement that this fee would be <br />reduced if not necessary, would happen during the education of the public phase.
