Opening Round <br />a. Donna suggested posting sign-up sheets for sub-committee members in the University City <br />Library, Centennial Commons and U City Hall. Tim recommends that we not do this until a <br />member qualification process is in place. The GPC will develop an outline for qualifications for <br />new committee and sub-committee members. <br />2. Two revisions were made to the November meeting minutes. <br />3. PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) Loan program: <br />a. The current PACE structure is not supported by Fannie Mae. <br />nd <br />b. FHA wants the PACE loan to be a 2 mortgage. <br />c. There currently is not a program defined by St. Louis County for commercial owners and investor <br />owned properties, etc. Their PACE-like program will be for residential properties only. <br />d. Eric Friedman will send the County guidelines to the GPC when they become available. <br />e. Eric Friedman, President of Friedman Group, Ltd., is a University City resident. He would like to <br />be a resource to the GPC, especially regarding the PACE legislat. <br />i. Eric’s qualifications: <br />1. He is collaborating with St. Louis City and County on PACE best practices; <br />), <br />member of CALOP (Commission for Access and Local Original Programming <br />which has funded a film on sustainability; and has worked with Congressman <br />Clay to help set up a Green Impact (Enterprise) Zone. <br />2. Mark Bluestone of Green Home and Energize MO provided information on home audit funding. <br />b. Lynnette postedhome energy audit information on the GPC website and will post a list of <br />contractors from the Department of Natural Resources or will add a website link for energy <br />programs. <br />5. CALOP recycling video: <br />a. CALOP is working on requests for proposals (RFPs) for a recycling video and has funds to cover <br />the film costs. <br />b. The project may go beyond recycling to also cover sustainability programs. <br /> <br />
