Paulette Carr, 7901 Gannon Ms. Carr said an elected official has an obligation and responsibility to represent his constituency and secondly has the right of free speech. She said she did not see in person nor hear in the audio recordings what the Mayor alleged in her resolution. Ms. Herron said on the day of the flood she was assisting flood victims knee deep in the sewer water. She supports every member of Council. Finally she said Ms. Ricci is neither a racist nor a liar and the accusations are unacceptable and outrageous. Mr. Kraft called for the question. Ms. Felton said she did not see Mr. Price stand up at the meeting on February 14 and pointing his finger is the way he talks. She again recommended Council engage in some sensitivity training. She said the citizens are still waiting for the results of the State Audit. Ms. Felton noted that she had asked at the beginning of the audit to track the cost of employees’ time it took to provide information for the auditors and add this to the actual cost charged by the State. She would like to make a public request now that the audit was complete as to what the total cost. Mayor Welsch said that last the City has heard is that it will be made public in two to four weeks.
