CALOP films (they hold them for six months) after a month or so.

MARCH 8 PREMIERE EVENT: Jon presented a packet with explanations of
how he has planned the premier to work, and the funding needed.
Approximately 400 seats are available, and a private reception afterwards
will hold 70. There is some concern about overflow for the event. The box office,
which will 'urge' people to make a $10 donation, although event is really free, will
offer a $5.00 certificate towards buying the DVD to each patron who is turned
away. There was discussion of how many tickets to offer the historical society.
We came to the number 50. We also decided to not help fund the Historical
Society mailing about the Premiere; $100 had been in budget. Jon moved to
accept Jon's proposal and budget as amended, Eleanor second, approved by
acclamation.

SAVING PRIOR WORKS: HECTV is looking into saving all prior CALOP works
digitally, and to a server.

EXECUTIVE SESSION: Jim moved that we go into executive session, Jon
second, approved by acclamation. Jim moved we leave executive session,
Jon second, approved by acclamation.

Chairman Sanders announced no decisions had been made in executive
session.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 p.m.

Respectfully submitted

Eleanor Mullin, Secretary
