We are willing to grant another $65,000.00 tonight. Chairman <br />Sanders stated that the Commission had discussed the merits of each project <br />and requirements of grants to be offered to the finalists. Jim moved that the <br />following grants be offered contingent on the grantee's acceptance of the <br />provisions of the standard contract and any special provisions as directed by <br />CALOP or its agents. <br /> <br />1. Eric moved we <br />reimburse Ed in the amount of $85.41, and keep that money from the Historical <br />Society's share of the profits from the premiere. Eleanor second, approved <br />by acclamation.
