Executive Session - Grant Application Interviews <br /> <br />The commission interviewed 7 applicants regarding their proposals/applications submitted for <br />the FY2009 Fall Grant Round: <br /> <br />1. Harold H. Sistrunk Jr., Easy Access <br />2. Mark W. Leach, Uncovering Ancient Saint Louis <br />3. Joanne M. Busch, Born to Learn <br />4. Angela Antkowiak, Tennessee Williams: The U. City Years <br />5. Jack Snyder, St. Louis – Brau: How German Brewers Changed St. Louis <br />6. Sarah Paulsen & Cindy Tower, Breaking and Entering and Painting <br />7. Jewelanda Hodges & A Mustard Seed LLC, Trial 2 Triumph <br /> <br />After the interviews, the commission voted to determine applicants of interest. The commission <br />will meet Thursday, January 8, 2009, at 6 p.m. to discuss the applicants of interest further. <br /> <br />The commission returned to its regular session. <br /> <br />Other Business <br /> <br />Mr. Friedman presented available dates for the Washington University Archives Tour. <br />Commission members were asked to share their availability with Mr. Friedman so that the tour <br />may be set up. <br /> <br />There being no further business before the commission, a motion to adjourn was made by Ms. <br />Friedman, seconded by Mr. Wilson, and approved.
