Cheryl Thompson reported that today she deposited to the
Returning Artist account $5,700 from the City for FY 04-05.

Council member’s report: Francine Brungardt gave her report. The Council will be gearing up for budget
sessions in May. As an
outgoing member, she will not chair the project, but indicated that her husband will construct more easels,
if necessary. There was a discussion about several issues: staffing, financial resources, weather. Possible
changes to the program were discussed: scheduling the program every other year, locating the program
indoors, making an adjustment to the fees charged.

Barbara Romero from the University City Art Association said she is willing to approach the association
to help. Their Art show is held in partnership with the Olive Business Association in Heman Park.

It was decided to bring the issue up at the next meeting as old business.

2006 Calendar: Jay Framm was given the contract to take photos for the 2006 calendar.
