Another meeting will be held again next month to <br />review what has been completed by that time. <br /> <br />Cheryl reported that last night’s concert, Velvet, was rained out. She reminded everyone <br />that they should try to solicit at least one if not two prizes and get them to her at soon as <br />possible. A copy of the worker’s schedule was passed out for everyone’s review. <br />Workers need to report by 6:55 p.m. and the raffle will be held at 8 p.m., due to no lights <br />in this area, workers can either go home at that point or stay for the rest of the concert. <br /> <br />Jane Brownstone reported that she and Cheryl had attended a Centennial Planning <br />Committee meeting and that various sub committees are being formed to complete <br />various tasks that will need to be done throughout the year. The committee will be <br />highlighting “100 Fun Things to do in University City” so Arts & Letters usual activities <br />such as the Sculpture Series, the Photo Show, Returning Artist and the Concerts will be <br />included on this list. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m. <br /> <br />
