<br />Photo Series: <br /> Jane Brownstone reported that post cards will be sent out to former <br />participants and to the local schools one month to six weeks early. Carol Ann Cole is <br />helping with the show. She will be sending information to all teachers and parents in the <br />newsletter along with all information on how to enter the show. Packets will be sent to <br />the participants. Barbara Santoro and Jane Brownstone will send out letters asking for <br />donations for prizes. Left over prizes will be used for other events. <br /> <br />Old Business: <br /> Traci reported about the calendar. Jay Fram has had positive feedback <br />from doing this project. He was interviewed for the Suburban Journal. The calendars <br />were sold for $5 at the opening of the show. <br /> <br />Robert Bernstein informed the commission that there will be a Martin Luther King <br />concert at University City Senior High School with Rick Recht. <br /> <br />New Business: <br /> Jane Brownstone will email RAC about how much information we can <br />post on their calendar. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned after a first motion by Traci Moore-Clay and a second <br />motion by Jane Brownstone at 8:07pm <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Emily Kelly <br /> <br /> <br />
