Returning Artist:
The budget for Returning Artist has been changed for 2007 since the
September meeting.

Acknowledgement of Former Members:
When members of the Commission leave we
like to give a gift of thanks for their time spent on the Commission. There was a
discussion of some possible gift ideas for some members that have recently left the
commission after serving their full term.

Photo/Sculpture Series:
The dates have been moved around in the spring because of the
Easter Holiday. There will be more discussion at the November meeting.

New Business:
Some art has been saved from the old Hanley Junior High School. An
antique water fountain has been saved and will be placed in University City. The Green
Center has been mentioned as a possible place for placement.

The Sutter-Myer Society will be holding a meeting at Pershing Elementary School’s
th
library on November 9 to discuss the best use of the 100 year old Sutter-Myer House.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:10pm by Calla Smorodin. Barbara Santoro made the first
motion and Robert Bernstein made the second motion.

Respectfully submitted,

Emily Kelly
