Robert B. volunteers to take <br />the minutes for this meeting and to make the corrections of the May minutes. <br /> <br /> <br />Treasurer’s Report <br />Lisa M. was able to reconcile the account and also spoke to Calla and was able <br />to clear up finance details from last month. <br />Lisa M. recommended that thank you letters should be sent to all <br />organizations/businesses providing donations for Commission events. Lisa M. <br />added that she feels strongly that Tom M. should not be responsible for sending <br />out the letters. Tom stated that he is in the process of making Arts and Letters <br />stationery that can be used for these letters. Lisa M. noted that donors also can <br />be provided with a tax deduction letter (not a tax “exempt” letter). <br /> <br />
