All in favor as corrected. <br /> <br />Treasurers Report – Lisa Greening <br />Lisa sent in the report and it was distributed by Barbara. <br /> <br />Councilmember’s Report – Terry Crow <br /> <br /> <br />No report this meeting <br /> <br />Staff Liaison’s Report – Tom McCarthy <br /> <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Sculpture Series – Julie Bianchi, Tom McCarthy <br /> <br /> <br />Dec. 8 at 6:00 pm – sculpture review, judging and meal after quorum. There will <br />be a sign up sheet to bring snacks and for clean-up, etc. at the November meeting. <br /> <br />Returning Artist – Chairperson, Adelia Parker-Castro, Shirley LeFlore, Calla <br />Smorodin, Diane Davenport <br /> <br /> <br />Traci Moore Clay has agreed to the time for her returning artist visit. <br /> <br /> <br />Adelia discussed ways to attract a more diversified board membership in the City <br />of U City. <br /> <br /> <br />Calla and Adelia are updating the donor list. Is there a way to add a pay button <br />link to our website for online donations? Regina to investigate. <br /> <br /> <br />Returning Artists reception will be on February 7, from 2-3:30 pm. <br /> <br />Photo Show – Chairperson - Barbara Santoro <br /> <br /> <br />The photos for this year’s show were judged this afternoon. <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioners are encouraged to vote for the calendar photos after this meeting <br />or tomorrow. <br /> <br /> <br />60 photos entered. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Reception will be on Oct. 25at 2:00 pm. Commissioners are asked to arrive at <br />1:30 to help set-up. <br /> <br />
