<br />There is a hold currently while we wait for City Hall to decide on <br />business licenses <br />st <br /> <br />March 31 is the deadline for artists’ contracts and fees to be <br />submitted. The committee is free to operate as they wish between <br />st <br />this time and the 31. <br /> <br />Claire’s committee agreed to these dates. <br /> <br /> <br />Movies in the Park series <br /> <br /> <br />Movies in the Park has been discontinued due to low attendance relative to cost. <br /> <br />Old Business <br /> <br /> <br />The logo was selected at tonight’s meeting. Four samples were passed around for <br />commissioners to sign up for, the negative image, (enclosed in a black border) <br />was approved. Dan will provide a clean copy to Julie for press release. <br /> <br /> <br />All commissioners must respect the Sunshine Laws. All emails sent to multiple <br />Commissioners (with the exception of small committee communications within <br />the committee) should be sent first to the staff liaison who will send them on and <br />keep copies for the public record. <br /> <br /> <br />It is expected that business or questions for the entire commission can generally <br />be added to an agenda to discuss at a regularly scheduled meeting. <br /> <br />New Business <br /> <br /> <br />Jennifer Stokes has declined to be reappointed to the commission due to family & <br />work obligations. <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioners please provide proof of money spent (copy of receipts to Tom) for <br />future funding considerations. <br /> <br /> <br />There is no need to only ask only commissioners for help with volunteering. <br /> <br />Additional Forms handed out at the meeting <br /> <br /> <br />Festival of U City, Art U.
