Memorandum, 11-20-91 Board of Adjustment Meeting Page 3 <br />CASE #2315 - OFF PREMISES REAL ESTATE SIGN LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF <br />OLIVE AND 81ST STREET GIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CORVETTE PLACE <br />SUBDIVISION, ARTHUR ROUFA REPRESENTING THE TORO CORPORATION <br />Arthur Roufa representing the Toro Corporation requested a variance of Section 34-100.8(k) in order <br />to permit construction of an off-premises real estate sign located at the corner of Olive and 81st <br />Street giving directions to the Corvette Place Subdivision Development. The variance was granted <br />for a period of six months by a vote of 4 - 0. <br />CASE #2316 - SIDE YARD VARIANCES FOR SPA AT 7025 WATERMAN, BRUCE AND <br />DAWN GRENCH <br />Bruce and Dawn Grench requested a variance of Section 34-30.3(c) and 34-52.5(b) in order to permit <br />construction of a spa eliminating the 6' side yard requirement at 7025 Waterman.
