Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />CASE #2307 - REQUEST FOR CONTINUANCE OF PREVIOUSLY RESCHEDULED <br />HEARING TO APRIL MEETING, CHRIS RHOADES, 7200 TULANE <br />Chris Rhoades requested a continuance of the previously rescheduled January 15, 1992 public <br />hearing to the April meeting, so that he may revise his application. The continuance was granted by <br />a vote of 5 - 0, with the condition that the applicant reimburse the City for the expenses involved in <br />re-publishing and mailing notice. <br />CASE #2317 - REAR YARD VARIANCE FOR REAR ADDITION, MR. AND MRS. M. <br />JABLONSKI, REPRESENTED BY SAM GOLDSTEIN OF S & G BUILDERS, 7417 <br />STANFORD <br />Mr. and Mrs. M. Jablonski, represented by Sam Goldstein of S & G Builders, requested a variance <br />of Section 34-30.3(d) and Section 34-52.5(c) to permit construction of a rear addition to their home <br />that would encroach 7' into the 30' required rear yard and reduce the 10' required distance between <br />structures to 8' at 7417 Stanford. The Variance was denied by a vote of 0 - 5. <br />CASE #2318 - SIDE YARD VARIANCE FOR A/C UNITS, MR. SEMYON <br />SHENDEROVICH, REPRESENTED BY BARRY MAYER, 7028 TULANE <br />Mr. Shenderovich, represented by Barry Mayer, requested a side yard variance of Sections 34-24.4(c) <br />and 34-52.5(b) to permit installation of two A/C units that will encroach 5'10.3" into the required <br />6' side yard at 7028 Tulane. The variance was granted by a vote 5 - 0 with the condition that the <br />units be screened from view by a densely planted landscaped screen. <br /> <br />
