Memorandum, 1-15-92, Board of Adjustment Meeting Page 2 of 2 <br />CASE #2320 - SIDE YARD VARIANCE FOR CARPORT, MATTHEW AND SAINT JONES, <br />REPRESENTED BY PHILLIP HANDELMAN OF METRO BUILDERS II, INC., 1434 <br />WALDRON <br />Matthew and Saint Jones, represented by Phillip Handelman of Metro Builders II, Inc., requested a <br />variance of Section 34-30.3(c) to permit construction of a carport that will encroach 4' into the <br />required 6' side yard at 1434 Waldron. The variance was granted by a vote of 4 - 1. <br />CASE #2321 - SIDE YARD VARIANCE FOR REAR ADDITION, MICHAEL KLEIN, <br />REPRESENTED BY RICH ROBERTS, 7167 PERSHING <br />Michael Klein, represented by Rich Roberts, requested a side yard variance to permit construction <br />of a rear addition to his home that will encroach 3' into the required 6' side yard at 7167 Pershing. <br />The variance was granted by a vote of 4 - 1. <br />CASE #2322 - CONTINUANCE, MR.
