Hill <br /> <br /> <br />DATE: May 26, 1992 <br />RE: Board of Adjustment Meeting <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Section 34-66 of the University City Zoning Code requires that the minutes of Board of <br />Adjustment meetings be filed in your office. <br /> <br />A Board of Adjustment meeting was held on Wednesday, May 20, 1992 in the Fourth Floor <br />Conference Room of City Hall. The meeting commenced at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Members Present <br />Brent K. Mandry, Chairperson <br />James R. Harris, Vice Chairperson <br />Joseph M. Brown <br />Patricia Redington <br />Mary Tonkin <br />Jay Sushelsky, Second Alternate <br />David Neiers, Third Alternate <br /> <br />Members Absent <br />Keona McMurry, First Alternate <br /> <br />Staff Present <br />Al Goldman, Director of Planning <br /> <br />CASE #2315 - EXTENSION OF VARIANCE GRANTING OFF-PREMISE ADVERTISING <br />SIGN AT 8214 OLIVE FOR CORVETTE PLACE SUBDIVISION, BERNARD TOBIN <br />AND ARTHUR ROUFA REPRESENTING THE TORO CORPORATION <br /> <br />The Board of Adjustment noted that the variance was approved November 11, 1991 as a <br />temporary variance expiring May 20, 1992. The six month extension was granted by a vote of <br />5 - O. <br /> <br />CASE #2329 - FRONT YARD V ARIANCE FOR FENCE ALONG HANLEY AT 7400 <br />LYNN, TIM MCCOY <br /> <br />Mr. McCoy requested a variance of ~34-24.4(a) to permit a fence in the front yard facing <br />Hanley Road, on the property known and numbered 7400 Lynn. The variance was granted by <br />a vote of 4 - 1, conditioned that the fence be no higher than 6' above grade and that the fence <br />run along Hanley and turn westward to connect to the existing porch, with no part of the fence <br />closer than 26' to Lynn Avenue. <br />
