Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Keona McMurry, First Alternate <br />Jay Sushelsky, Second Alternate <br />David Neiers, Third Alternate <br />CASE #2332 - REAR YARD VARIANCE FOR EXTENSION OF ROOM AT 510 OLD <br />BONHOMME, GAIL AHUMADA AND MARY ALBERT <br />Ms. Ahumada and Ms. Albert requested a variance of §34-30.3(d) to permit construction of an <br />extension to their sun-room that will reduce the 30' required rear yard to 24' at 510 Old Bonhomme. <br />The variance was granted by a vote of 5 - 0. <br />CASE #2333 - REAR YARD VARIANCE FOR REAR ADDITION AT 7117 CORNELL, <br />MIKE RITTER REPRESENTED BY ROBIN BROWN ASSOCIATION, INC. <br />Mr. Ritter requested a variance of §34-30.3(d) to permit construction of a rear addition to his home <br />that will reduce the 30' required rear yard to 26' at 7717 Cornell. The variance was denied by a vote <br />of 3(aye) - 2(nay). <br />CASE #2334 - REAR YARD VARIANCE FOR REAR ADDITION AT 1457 FOREST <br />GREEN COURT, JOSEPH BROWN <br />Mr. Brown requested a variance of § 34-30.3(d) to permit construction of a rear addition that will <br />reduce the 30' required rear yard to 16.25' at 1457 Forest Green Court. The variance was granted by <br />a vote of 5 - 0. <br /> <br />
