Minutes from the 6/17/92 Board of Adjustment Meeting Page 2 <br />CASE #2335 - FENCE HEIGHT AND STRUCTURAL MEMBERS FACING EXTERIOR OF <br />PROPERTY VARIANCES TO KEEP FENCE AT 7106 WATERMAN, PETER HOFFMAN <br />AND TIMOTHY GARDNER REPRESENTING RICHARD DAVIS <br />Mr. Davis requested a variances of §§ 34-24.4 and 34-52.5 in order to keep the existing fence that <br />exceeds a height of 6' above grade and has posts, rails or structural members facing the exterior of <br />the property. The variance was denied by a vote of 2(aye) - 3(nay). <br />CASE #2336 - FRONT YARD VARIANCE FOR TWO SINGLE FAMILY HOMES AT 846 <br />AND 852 LIONS GATE, MICHAEL MULLENIX REPRESENTING DOMINION <br />PROPERTIES <br />Mr. Mullenix requested a variance of §34-30.3(b) in order to construct two single family homes in <br />the Amherst Place Subdivision with reduced 20' front yard setbacks on Lots 9 and 10. The variance <br />was approved by a vote of 5 - 0. The Board further designated that Plan "B" with the extended <br />portico, previously approved under master plan and Variance #2299, may be constructed on Lots 9 <br />and 10. <br />
