Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />CASE #2338 - USE VARIANCE FOR TENNIS COURT AT 6300 MCPHERSON, JOE <br />EDWARDS <br />Mr. Edwards requested a variance of § 34-30.2 of the University City Zoning Code to permit <br />construction of a tennis court that is not an accessory use to a contiguous principal residential lot; <br />and §34-24.4 to permit construction of a fence ten (10) feet in height at 6300 McPherson. The <br />variances were denied by a vote of 0 - 5. <br />CASE #2339 - NON-CONFORMING USE VARIANCE FOR SECOND-STORY ADDITION <br />AT 6543 ETZEL, GEORGE AND JACKIE WILSON REPRESENTED BY WILL KELLY <br />Mr. Kelly requested, on behalf of the Wilsons, a variance of §34-68.4 of the University City Zoning <br />Code to permit construction of a second-story addition that will extend, expand, enlarge or increase <br />the intensity of the use on the non-conforming lot at 6543 Etzel. The variance was granted by a vote <br />of 5 - 0. <br /> <br />
