HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION MEETING <br /> <br />3. Minutes of previous meeting January 21,2003 were approved. <br /> <br />4. Agenda Item - False Statements (January 24, 2003) <br /> Paul Marsh indicated that the Zoning Amendments respecting the <br />Historic Preservation Commission had been reviewed contrary to his <br />statements of the previous meeting. <br /> <br />5. Susan Bowser advised that the current zoning ordinance provisions of the <br />Historic Preservation on the City website are outdated. Staff are to <br />advise the City Clerk that the website needs to be updated. <br /> <br />6. Discussion of the Historic Preservation ordinance ensued particularly <br />regarding demolition permits. Councilman Lieberman advised the <br />Historic Preservation Commission that its role is advisory only. <br /> <br />7. 6331 Waterman <br /> Commission member Peter Steuterman inquired about the status of 6331 <br />Waterman. Staff indicated they would consult with the Zoning <br />Administrator and advise commission members accordingly. <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
