HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION MEETING <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />8. Peter Steuterman referred to the need for a check list of information <br />requirements for submission of material to the Historic Preservation <br />Commission. He referred to the City of Clayton's checklist for its <br />architectural review board in particular. Staff will contact the City of <br />Clayton Planning and Development Department to obtain this <br />information for discussion at a future Historic Preservation Commission <br /> Meeting. <br /> <br />9. Paul Marsh expressed his opinion that the Historic Preservation <br />Commission had been bypassed with respect to submission of the <br />Historic Preservation Grant and City Hall Restoration Hall Project. <br />Staff indicated that this was inaccurate and that the Commission had <br />been apprized of both of these matters. <br /> <br />10. Judy Little, a member of the public, expressed her opinion regarding the <br />powers and duties of the Historic Preservation Commission with <br />particular reference to the tree location, and house setback at 201 <br />Westgate. <br /> <br />11.
