HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION MEETING

-2-

8. Peter Steuterman referred to the need for a check list of information
requirements for submission of material to the Historic Preservation
Commission. He referred to the City of Clayton's checklist for its
architectural review board in particular. Staff will contact the City of
Clayton Planning and Development Department to obtain this
information for discussion at a future Historic Preservation Commission
Meeting.

9. Paul Marsh expressed his opinion that the Historic Preservation
Commission had been bypassed with respect to submission of the
Historic Preservation Grant and City Hall Restoration Hall Project.
Staff indicated that this was inaccurate and that the Commission had
been apprized of both of these matters.

10. Judy Little, a member of the public, expressed her opinion regarding the
powers and duties of the Historic Preservation Commission with
particular reference to the tree location, and house setback at 201
Westgate.

11.
