Meeting commenced at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. Minutes of previous meeting approved. Moved by John McDonnell. <br />Seconded by Susan Bowser. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. 236 Linden <br /> <br />The architect, Stanley McKay, presented the proposed new bay window <br />addition to this house. The roof of the bay window will be copper and he <br />wishes to discuss a more radical approach to the whole project. He is <br />proposing a new roof form that would add to the volume of the building. It <br />would be a 2 story addition. Mr. McKay asked for preliminary feedback. <br />He indicated that they would submit more detailed drawings to the Historic <br />Preservation Commission if the proposed concept was acceptable. <br /> <br />Historic Preservation Commission members indicated support for the new <br />concept. The proposed smaller bay window (scheme A was supported by <br />the Historic Preservation Commission members. Moved by Dennis Hyland. <br />Seconded by Susan Bowser. Motion carried. <br /> <br />4.
