<br />The preference was for Option C, without the laminate cover. Discussion <br />ensued regarding a) ADA Compliance (having a section of the desk that is <br />accessible) b) price of the stone cover rather than laminate c) more specific <br />dimensions of desk and floor plan were requested. <br /> <br />5. City Managers office furniture <br /> <br />The Historic Preservation Commission indicated its preference to delay <br />decisions on the furniture for the City Manager’s office at the present time. <br /> <br />Further discussion ensued regarding having the furniture standard and one <br />vendor for all City Hall furniture. Ergonomically correct furniture was <br />suggested. <br /> <br />6. Meeting adjourned at 8:35 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />
