Meeting commenced at 7:05 p.m. <br />2. Minutes of previous meeting were accepted. <br />3. Proposed Historic District – Clifford Row Historic District <br /> <br />Residents of homes in the proposed Clifford Row Historic District, including 6663, <br />6665, 6669, 6673, and 6675 Kingsbury Boulevard, presented on the history and <br />architecture of the homes followed by a review of the proposed district <br />regulations and standards. <br /> <br />Questions/comments from the Commission: <br />- Suggestion to include roofs in the district standards. Roofs should be <br />consistent with style. Roofing materials should be consistent with <br />architectural style. <br />- Windows and window material should be consistent with architectural <br />style. <br /> <br />No opposition has been expressed from Washington University. Washington <br />University owns the house at 6663 Kingsbury Boulevard. <br /> <br />A quorum was not present, which is required in order to make a recommendation <br />to Community Development staff. The Commission agreed that the applicant <br />make the suggested revisions to the application and be placed on the agenda for <br />the February 18 meeting, at which time a quorum should be present and action <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
