E-range keys expire in one year. <br />These are prepaid keys that give discount on baskets of golf balls. <br /> <br /> <br />Rain Shelter at the golf course is almost completed. <br /> <br /> <br />New restrooms are in place and on budget. <br /> <br /> <br />Landscaping along Groby-plan presentation to golf advisory committee in December. <br /> <br /> <br />Questions/answers followed relating to proposals/grants/Clayton revenue from Driving Range <br /> <br /> <br />New climbing wall ordered for Centennial Commons <br /> <br />Individual Park Reports <br /> <br />Ruth Park Golf Course <br /> <br /> –Driving Range is good and has a lot of activity. Rain Shelter is impressive. <br />Park looks great and is being maintained well. Utility poles by basketball courts are in <br />need of repair. <br /> <br />Majeris and Metcalf <br /> <br />- no problems <br /> <br />Kingsland and Eastgate <br /> <br />- nothing to report <br /> <br />Fogerty and Lewis <br /> <br />- no report at this time <br /> <br />Old Business <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />New Business <br /> <br /> <br />Jerry Fitch will investigate to see if we are in violation of Sunshine Law. Per Nancy, meetings should be <br />posted at U. City Library, U. City City Hall, Centennial Commons, Ruth Park Golf Course, and go out in <br />each packet mailed. Administrative Secretary will insure this is done for each meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />Should meeting be opened up when citizens have comments? Discussion followed and decision made to <br />revise wording regarding “comments” on Citizen Comment form. Suggestion to continue to limit citizen <br />comments to 5 minutes. <br /> <br /> <br />Natatorium-School district misinformed about extension. Federal Law supersedes any local law or <br />decision.
