Trimming finished in Mona Terrace. Grass is growing and not <br />washing away. No word from Ms. MacCartney about the bike path as of yet. <br />Miller/Ackert/Rabe Park <br />- Parks are fine, no visit to Ackert. All parks are water logged <br />Mooney Park-No report <br /> <br /> Unfinished Business <br />– <br />None <br /> <br />New Business <br />Mr. Fitch suggests eliminating reports from Park Commission Packets to save trees and postage. Discussion <br />followed and it is general consensus that entire Packet be emailed to all members with exception of items or <br />reports that need to be sent by mail, or for members that don’t have email access. Suggestion also made to keep a <br />couple of copies on hand at City Hall for pick up if needed. Suggestion to email alert that packet is coming and <br />for members to call Ms. Robinson if they want to pick up the packet versus emailing. Trial run of electronic <br />distribution of Packet for next meeting. <br />Mr. Sweeney suggests that Park Commission should drop a note to Don Humphrey and Ken Morgan in <br />recognition of their being chosen as Employees of the Year. Mr. Fitch will write the letter and get it to Ms. <br /> <br />Robinson.
