Unfinished Business <br />President Sykes inquired about the electronic commission packet process. Ms. Dille asked if the <br />packet documents could be numbered. Ms. Euell-Taylor explained due to the software used, it <br />would be difficult to place documents in numerical order; but suggested providing more detail <br />in the enclosure section of the agenda. <br /> <br />Mr. Sweeney inquired about the status of the congratulatory letter to Golf Course <br />Superintendent, Don Humphrey and Equipment Operator, Ken Morgan on being named 2009 <br />Employees of the Year. Ms. MacCartney indicated she wasn’t sure if this had been drafted and <br />would follow up with Mr. Fitch. <br /> <br />Ms Dille inquired about the status of summer camp registrations. Ms. Euell-Taylor indicated it is <br />currently low but with the new registration process in place it was to be expected. She will be <br />sending out a second round of flyers to schools within the next two weeks. <br /> <br />March Park Commission Minutes <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />New Business <br />Ms. MacCartney suggested the idea of a park tour again this year. Members agreed on the <br />months of May and June. Ms. MacCartney will provide additional information at the April <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Sweeney reported on a problem with the online tee time reservation process. Ms. Euell- <br />Taylor indicated she is aware of the problem and working with our software support to correct <br />it. <br /> <br />Ms. Palmer announced the Park Foundation Golf Tournament schedule for Saturday, June 26 at <br />Ruth Park and encouraged commission members to participate. <br /> <br />Ms. Dille made motion to adjourn meeting.
