He stated that he would entertain <br />a motion if there were no further questions or comments. <br /> <br />Mr. McCauley made a motion to recommend that the City Council approve <br />the application for a Conditional Use permit with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. That Domino's sell soft drinks in cans only. <br />2. That Domino's shield all lighting on the premises so as to keep it <br />from shining on adjacent premises. <br />3. That Domino's install a privacy fence along the north property line <br />that prohibits access to the alley. <br />4. That Domino's install landscaping in accordance with specifications <br />developed by the Director of Planning. <br />5. That Domino's and Debco enter into a permanent easement agrement. <br />6. That Domino's provide shielded trash containers which meet City <br />standards. <br /> <br />Mr. Washington seconded the motion which passed by a vote of 6-0. <br /> <br />RESUBDIVISION FOR CONDOMINIUMS: 8631 OLD BONHOMME. SAXONY APARTMENTS <br /> <br />Mr. Howell of Fordyce and Mayne made the presentation of the <br />resubdivision for condominiums of the Saxony Apartments at 8631 Old <br />Bonhomme. He explained that the building is owned by Linda Investment <br />and two other partners who are local residents. He stated that there <br />will be no change in use or construction, that the only change will be <br />from one ownership to individual owners of each unit. <br /> <br />After a brief discussion, Mr. Rice made a motion to recommend that the <br />City Council approve the application as submitted provided the final <br />plat contains the seal and signature of the engineer and a certificate <br />is provided showing that all taxes due have been paid. Mr. Douglass <br />seconded the motion which passed by a vote of 6-0. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:45 p.m. <br />
