The public facilities will be adequate at the time the <br />development project is completed. <br />E. The proposed changes in the zoning map are not inconsistent <br />with any city development plans. <br />F. It is not necessary to acquire any real property in the area <br />by eminent domain. <br />G. The size of the area proposed will allow a practical and <br />satisfactory development. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Ms Schuman and passed by a vote of 6-0. <br /> <br />Mr. Rice moved that the Plan Commission recommend approval of the <br />redevelopment plan for the Trinity/Washington/Kingsbury Redevelopment <br />Area, 524 Trinity, under Chapter 353, submitted by Market Square <br />Corporation dated May 22, 1985 with the following exceptions and <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. The proposed cul-de-sac on Washington Avenue is not included <br />in the approval. <br />2. No housing is to be included in the redevelopment. <br />3. The specific approval of the City Council, after site plan <br />review, shall be required before any part of the redevelopment <br />area is occupied or used. <br />4. No position is taken on the amount of the tax freezing. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. McCauley and passed by a vote of 6-0. <br /> <br />DOMESTIC SERVICE EMPLOYEES <br /> <br />Mr. McCauley noted that the hour was late and moved to table this item. <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. Rice and passed by a vote of 6-0. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Mr. McCauley moved adjournment of the meeting. Mr. Rice seconded the <br />motion which passed by a vote of 6-0. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:42 p.m. <br />
