Mr. Washington seconded the motion which passed by a vote of
6-0.

Mr. McCauley noted that it was helpful to receive the minutes of the
previous meeting while it was still fresh in members' minds. Mr. Goldman
stated that the minutes of the January and September, 1985 meetings will
be submitted to the members for their approval as soon as possible.

REQUEST TO REZONE PROPERTY ON WEST KINGSBURY AND BARBY LANE FROM "SR" TO
"PR-O"

Mr. David A. Smith and Mr. Charles Deutsch presented a map of the
properties at 8616, 8620, 8621, 8624 and 8633 West Kingsbury and the
property at 8630 Barby Lane for which the application to rezone from "SR"
to "PR-O" was approved by the Plan Commission at its last meeting. Mr.
Smith stated that the group they represent, the McKnight Village
Partnership, had obtained control of two additional properties at 8628 and
8632 West Kingsbury for its proposed project. He requested that
consideration be given to extending the "PR-O" zoning to include these two
additional lots.
