.

.

Minutes - Plan Commission
Page 9
April 27, 1988

REQUEST TO SUBDIVIDE THE PROPERTY AT 7369 PERSHING AVENUE FOR CONDOMINIUMS

Mr. Robert Denlow, an attorney representing the owners of the current
co-operative building at 7369 Pershing Avenue, stated that the owners wish to
convert the building into four condominiums for the purpose of refinancing and
selling one vacated unit. Planning staff had reviewed the proposed condominium
plat and stated that it met all City requirements. After a brief discussion, Mr.
Washington moved that the Commission approve the subdivision of property at 7369
Pershing Avenue for condominiums in accordance with the plat entitled "7369
Pershing Condominiums." Mr. Kendall seconded the motion which passed by a vote of
6-0.

OTHER BUSINESS

Ms. Elwood informed Plan Commission members that the applicant for a Conditional
Use Permit for a proposed church and related facilities at 7273 Olive Boulevard
had not returned to Planning staff with the information requested by the Plan
Commission. The Plan Commission had deferred any action on the application from
the March 23, 1988, regular meeting pending receipt of the information. Mr.
Kendall moved that the Plan Commission therefore deny the application for a
Conditional Use Permit by Mr. John Sykes representing the Grace Community Church
for a church and related facilities to be located at 7273 Olive Boulevard. Mr.
Kendall stated that the motion for denial should be without prejudice so that the
applicant could return to the Plan Commission with his proposal without payment
of additional fees. Ms. Kreishman seconded the motion which passed by a vote of
6-0.

ADJOURNMENT

The meeting adjourned at 11:20 p.m.
