This company was requesting permission to operate a Subway
Sandwich Shop, a carry-out restaurant, at 7852 Olive Boulevard in
the new Westover Center. The Chairperson then outlined the
Commission I s procedures and criteria for reviewing the application.

Mr. Adeyemi explained that his company, Seyglo Inc., was a
franchisee of Subway Sandwiches and Salads and proposed to operate
a carry-out restaurant similar to those already open at various
locations in the st. Louis area including the University City Loop
Business District. He further explained that the only cooking done
on the premises was fresh bread baking. As stated in his
application, he anticipates employing eight to fifteen people and
operating the restaurant between 10 a.m. and 2 a.m. daily, but
would conform to the community standard for hours of operation.
