<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />PLAN COMMISSION <br /> <br />Minutes <br /> <br />July 25, 1990 <br /> <br />The City Plan Commission held its regular meeting in the Emergency <br />Operations Center of City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, on July 25, <br />1990. The meeting commenced at 7:30 p.m. with Chairperson Melissa <br />Kreishman presiding. <br /> <br />VOTING MEMBERS PRESENT <br /> <br />Melissa Kreishman, Chairperson <br />Stephen Marsh, Vice Chairman <br />Charles Foxworth <br />Arnold J. Kendall <br />Andrea Ratner <br />Carl Safe <br /> <br />VOTING MEMBERS ABSENT <br /> <br />Booker T. Washington <br /> <br />Staff Present: Al Goldman, Director of Planning; Sarah Elwood, <br />Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mr. Safe moved that the Minutes of the June 27, 1990, meeting be <br />approved as submitted. Mr. Foxworth seconded the motion which <br />passed by a vote of 6-0. <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR SUBDIVISION - RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 2 OF WESTOVER <br />CENTER. RECORD PLAT <br /> <br />Chairperson Kreishman called on Gary Berutti of KBR Engineering to <br />present his request for subdivision. Mr. Berutti stated that he <br />represented the Westover Center Partnership in this request. <br />Westover seeks Plan Commission and City Council approval of the <br />Record Plat entitled "Resubdivision Plat of Lot 2 into Lot 2A and <br />Lot 2B of Westover Center." The purpose of the proposed <br />subdivision is to create a third parcel, separate from existing Lot <br />1 and Lot 2, which can be transferred to the City in return for use <br />of Tax Increment Financing funds which would cover unanticipated <br />costs in developing the site. Mr. Berutti deferred to the Zoning <br />Administrator for any further explanation. <br /> <br />The Chairperson called on Sarah Elwood, Zoning Administrator, to <br />further explain the proposal and present the staff's recommendation <br />on the subdivision request. Ms. Elwood stated that the <br />resubdivision plat meets the requirements of the University City <br />Subdivision Ordinance, Section 29-3(b). Both Lot 2A and Lot 2B <br /> <br />I ____ <br />
