<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />PLAN COMMISSION <br /> <br />Minutes <br /> <br />September 26, 1990 <br /> <br />The City Plan Commission held its regular meeting in the Emergency <br />Operations Center of City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, on September <br />26, 1990. The meeting commenced at 7:30 p.m. with Chairperson <br />Melissa Kreishman presiding. <br /> <br />VOTING MEMBERS PRESENT <br /> <br />Melissa Kreishman, Chairperson <br />Steve Marsh, Vice Chairman <br />Charles Foxworth <br />Arnold J. Kendall <br />Andrea Ratner <br />Carl Safe <br /> <br />Councilmember Present: Byron Price, Council Liaison. <br /> <br />Staff Present: Mary Fahey, Assistant Director of Planning; Sarah <br />Elwood, Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mr. Safe moved that the Minutes of the August 22, 1990, meeting be <br />approved as amended. Mr. Kendall seconded the motion which passed <br />by a vote of 6-0. <br /> <br />Chairperson Kreishman welcomed Mr. Byron Price, the Commission's <br />new liaison from the City Council. <br /> <br />The Chairperson stated that the Request for Final Plat Approval <br />from the developer of the Village of University Place would be <br />considered as the last agenda item since the developer was called <br />out of town and was not present at the meeting. <br /> <br />APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #286. SINCLAIR MARKETING. <br />INC.. 7489 DELMAR BOULEVARD <br /> <br />Chairperson Kreishman informed those present that the Plan <br />Commission had scheduled a public hearing on an application for a <br />Conditional Use Permit by Sinclair Marketing, Inc. The Company is <br />requesting approval to add a repair service to the existing filling <br />station use at 7489 Delmar Boulevard. The Chairperson outlined the <br />Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing Conditional Use <br />Permits. <br /> <br />Mr. John Hea, District Manager of Sinclair Marketing, Inc. <br />introduced himself and Mr. Jeff Jordan of Jordan's Auto Service, <br />Inc. who would be operating the repair service on the site.
