<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Minutes - Plan Commission <br />Page 10 <br />May 22, 1991 <br /> <br />AUTOMOTIVE RELATED USES, change the first sentence of the third paragraph to <br />read "All Automotive Related Uses are uses which require the approval, prior to the <br />application for business occupancy, of a Conditional Use Permit by the City Council <br />after review by the Plan Commission. " <br /> <br />NURSING HOMES, change the second sentence of the second paragraph to read: <br />"Proposed Nursing Homes in the "PA"-Public Activity District are uses which require <br />the approval, prior to the application for business occupancy, of a Conditional Use <br />Permit by the City Council after review by the Plan Commission. " <br /> <br />Mr. Safe moved approval of the standard conditions for Conditional Use Permits and Site Plan <br />Reviews incorporating the modifications noted by Ms. Ratner. The motion was seconded by <br />Mr. Foxworth and passed by a vote of 6-0. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br /> <br />Chairperson Kreishman noted that Mr. Goldman had distributed a memorandum to members of <br />the Commission dealing with zoning for blood banks. It was requested that this matter be placed <br />on the agenda for the June meeting with appropriate suggestions from the staff. <br /> <br />Mr. Goldman informed the Commission that Zoning Administrator Sally Elwood was resigning <br />to move to Indianapolis effective June 14. Members of the Commission expressed their <br />appreciation for the excellent manner in which Ms. Elwood conducted the office of the Zoning <br />Administrator and carried out her duties with respect to the Plan Commission. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 p.m. <br />
