PLAN COMMISSION Minutes June 26, 1991 The Plan Commission held its regular meeting in the Emergency Operations Center at City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on June 26, 1991. The meeting commenced at 7:30 p.m. with Vice Chairperson Stephen Marsh presiding. VOTING MEMBERS PRESENT VOTING MEMBERS ABSENT Stephen Marsh, Vice Chairperson Charles Foxworth Arnold J. Kendall Carl Safe Melissa Kreishman, Chairperson Daryll Collins Andrea Ratner Staff present: Al Goldman, Director of Planning. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Mr. Safe pointed out an omission on page 3 of the minutes dealing with voting on Conditional Use #257A, stating the the following paragraph should be added after the 5th condition: "The motion was seconded by Mr. Marsh and passed by a vote of 5-1 with Mr. Safe abstaining." Mr. Safe then recommended approval of the minutes as corrected. The motion was seconded by Mr. Kendall and passed by a vote of 4-0. PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONDITIONAL USE #296 - CARRY OUT RESTAURANT. 7701 OLIVE BOULEVARD Vice Chairperson Marsh informed those present that the Plan Commission had scheduled a public hearing on an application from Paula Brown for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a carry out restaurant at 7701 Olive Boulevard. The Vice Chairperson outlined the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing conditional use permits and called for testimony from the applicant. Upon learning that the applicant was not present, Vice Chairperson Marsh, with the consent of the Plan Commission, postponed the hearing until after the other public hearings were completed. PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #297 - MOTOR VEHICLE REPAIR FACILITY. 6631 OLIVE BOULEVARD Vice Chairperson Marsh informed those present that the Plan Commission had scheduled a public hearing on an application from Gregory Abraham and Neville Morris to allow a motor vehicle repair facility at 6631 Olive Boulevard and called upon the applicant.
