<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />PLAN COMMISSION <br /> <br />Minutes <br /> <br />June 26, 1991 <br /> <br />The Plan Commission held its regular meeting in the Emergency Operations Center at City Hall, <br />6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on June 26, 1991. The meeting commenced <br />at 7:30 p.m. with Vice Chairperson Stephen Marsh presiding. <br /> <br />VOTING MEMBERS PRESENT <br /> <br />VOTING MEMBERS ABSENT <br /> <br />Stephen Marsh, Vice Chairperson <br />Charles Foxworth <br />Arnold J. Kendall <br />Carl Safe <br /> <br />Melissa Kreishman, Chairperson <br />Daryll Collins <br />Andrea Ratner <br /> <br />Staff present: Al Goldman, Director of Planning. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mr. Safe pointed out an omission on page 3 of the minutes dealing with voting on Conditional <br />Use #257A, stating the the following paragraph should be added after the 5th condition: "The <br />motion was seconded by Mr. Marsh and passed by a vote of 5-1 with Mr. Safe abstaining." <br /> <br />Mr. Safe then recommended approval of the minutes as corrected. The motion was seconded <br />by Mr. Kendall and passed by a vote of 4-0. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONDITIONAL USE #296 - CARRY OUT RESTAURANT. 7701 <br />OLIVE BOULEVARD <br /> <br />Vice Chairperson Marsh informed those present that the Plan Commission had scheduled a <br />public hearing on an application from Paula Brown for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a <br />carry out restaurant at 7701 Olive Boulevard. The Vice Chairperson outlined the Commission's <br />procedures and criteria for reviewing conditional use permits and called for testimony from the <br />applicant. Upon learning that the applicant was not present, Vice Chairperson Marsh, with the <br />consent of the Plan Commission, postponed the hearing until after the other public hearings were <br />completed. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #297 - MOTOR VEHICLE REPAIR <br />FACILITY. 6631 OLIVE BOULEVARD <br /> <br />Vice Chairperson Marsh informed those present that the Plan Commission had scheduled a <br />public hearing on an application from Gregory Abraham and Neville Morris to allow a motor <br />vehicle repair facility at 6631 Olive Boulevard and called upon the applicant. <br />
