<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Minutes - Plan Commission, September 25, 1991 Page 3 <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br /> <br />Ms. Ratner stated that the City Council would appreciate receIVIng copies of the Plan <br />Commission Minutes prior to the City Council meetings that Plan Commission agenda items are <br />voted on. Mr. Hill stated that he would provide City Council members with draft copies of the <br />Plan Commission Minutes upon their completion. <br /> <br />The Commission discussed the possibility of having notices posted in areas where proposed <br />Conditional Uses will be located. The Commission also discussed the possibility of expanding <br />the one hundred and eighty-five (185) foot radius area where notices of public hearings are <br />mailed. A formal motion was not made concerning those matters. <br /> <br />Ms. Ratner brought up, and Commission members discussed problems associated with receiving <br />new evidence during a Public Hearing. Mr. Foxworth moved that the Plan Commission adopt <br />the following policy: New evidence shall not be accepted from public hearing applicants fifteen <br />(15) days prior to the date of the the hearing; if new evidence is presented during the hearing, <br />said hearing shall be continued to the next meeting of the Plan Commission. The motion was <br />seconded by Ms. Ratner and passed by a vote of 5 - 0 with one abstention. <br /> <br />ANNOUNCEMENT - CONTINUATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE #299 - CARRY-OUT <br />RESTAURANT. 7001 OLIVE BOULEVARD <br /> <br />Chairperson Kreishman announced that the Plan Commission had scheduled the continuation of <br />a public hearing on an application from Deborah and John Arnold for a Conditional Use Permit <br />to allow a carry-out restaurant at 7001 Olive Boulevard. Due to the applicants' failure to furnish <br />the Commission with a site plan in time for distribution to members, the Public Hearing is <br />rescheduled to October 23, 1991. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Ms. Ratner moved that the meeting be adjourned. The motion was seconded by Mr. Safe and <br />carried by a vote of 6 - O. The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m. <br />
