Zoning Administrator. The zoning administrator shall resolve all issues within her/his <br />jurisdiction incident to applications for permits to demolish. In the event that the zoning <br />administrator approves an application for a permit to demolish after a recommendation <br />of disapproval by the commission, the zoning administrator shall immediately notify the <br />commission of this decision. The Zoning Administrator may. upon the recommendation <br />of the Historic Preservation Commission. disapprove an application for permission to <br />demolish.
