RE: DISH ANTENNAE Mr. Hill presented a memo with proposed changes to the Zoning Code that included adding dish antennae as accessory uses and regulating their placement on rooftops. Ms. Kreishman stated that she felt that any proposed text amendments should take into consideration size, ground placement, roof placement and tower or pole placement differences. It was agreed that the agenda item would be discussed at a later meeting. PROPOSED TEXT AMENDMENTS OF SECTIONS 29-1. 2. 3(a). 30>). 4(d) AND 4(e) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE IN REFERENCE TO SUBDIVISIONS. Mr. Goldman presented a memo outlining proposed amendments to the subdivision ordinances of the Municipal Code. He stated that the present resubdivision ordinance did not take into account prevailing patterns of lot square footage or width. Further several updates needed to be taken into account. Mr. Goldman pointed out that he had changed the number of lots stated in the definition of resubdivision from three to two. He stated that he would consult with the City Attorney to verify that "three" is not required under a state statute. Mr. Safe moved that the text of the following Sections be amended as follows: Sec. 29-1 Add: Resubdivision. The division of a lot, tract or parcel of land which alters the existing recorded plats into two or more lots, when the land to be divided is already improved with a building. Sec. 29-2 Add the following: (c) Recording. Upon recording the plat and the deed restrictions, a certified copy of the plat and deed restrictions shall be filed in the office of the zoning administrator. Sec. 29-3 (a) Preliminary plan. Change the first sentence by changing "two copies" to "twelve copies" . Sec. 29-3 (b) Final plan. Change the first sentence by changing "two prints" to "twelve prints" and changing "tracing cloth" to "plastic drafting film." Sec. 29-4 (b) (3). Delete the following: l\lleys should not bc provided in rcsidcntial districts. Alleys 'Nill, howevcr, be required in the rear of all busincss lots and shall bc at least t'./cnt)' (20) fcct ....idc. Sec. 29-4 (d) Lots. Add: In addition, in the case of resubdivision of an existing subdivision, the resulting minimum lot area, width, and depth shall be in substantial conformance with the prevailing pattern of existing m-5-27.plc
