Change second sentence to read: <br />Such building lines shall not be less than required by the zoning code, or in the case of a <br />resubdivision shall be in substantial conformance with the prevailing pattern of existing <br />development on the block frontage. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. Kendall and passed by a vote of 4 - O. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br /> <br />Mr. Hill stated that under Conditional Use Permit #302, 6300 Delmar (Loop Automotive) some <br />of the work required by the conditions was to be finished by May 1, 1992. However, due to <br />federal environmental impact requirements, much of the work could not be finished by that date. <br />However, the Planning Staff is working closely with the owner and an architect to insure that <br />the work will be finalized after the environmental problems are cleared up. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Mr. Foxworth moved that the meeting be adjourned. The motion was seconded by Ms. Ratner <br />and carried by a vote of 6 - O. The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 p.m. <br /> <br />m-5-27.plc <br />
