.

.

September 23,1992 Plan Commission Muting Minutes Page 8

OTHER BUSINESS

Mr. Hill stated that on October 1, 1992, he, Mr. Goldman and the City Manager would be
meeting Mr. Feygelman concerning the unfinished paving and landscaping work under CUP
#302, at Loop Automotive, 6300 Delmar.

Mr. Hill asked whether or not the Commission would still be considering the "satellite dish"
proposals. Ms. Kreishman stated that if concerns about "pole" and "rooftop" antennae will be
addressed, then the Commission would reconsider the proposal.

Ms. Schuman stated that the City Council debated the decision by the Plan Commission to delete
the condition, in CUP #307, at the Higher Heights Christian Church, 7740 Olive, that, "All
work on the exterior of the building, including painting, installation of signing, renovation and
repair work shall be reviewed and approved by the Historic Preservation Commission before
work is started and shall be subject to the approval of the Commission upon its completion."
City Council ultimately voted to leave out that condition.

Ms. Schuman stated that City Council repealed Zoning Code ~34-52.5(d), the ordinance
requiring "All new or replacement fences shall be constructed with posts, rails, framing and
other exposed structural members facing the interior of the property upon which they are
constructed. "

ADJOURNMENT

Mr. Marsh moved that the meeting be adjourned. The motion was seconded by Ms. Kreishman
and carried by a vote of 6 - O. The meeting was adjourned at 9:40 p.m.

m-9-23.plc
