The <br />meeting commenced at 7:35 p.m. with Chairperson Melissa Kreishman presiding. <br /> <br />Voting Members Present <br /> <br />Voting Members Absent <br /> <br />Melissa Kreishman, Chairperson <br />Stephen P. Hill, Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Chairperson Kreishman stated that the Commission would now consider approval of the minutes <br />from the October 28, 1992 meeting. Mr. Marsh moved for approval of the October 28, 1992 <br />minutes. The motion was seconded by Mr. Kendall and the motion passed by a vote of 6 - O. <br /> <br />Hearing for Rezoning of 7400 Olive, PA to GC <br /> <br />Mr. Kahn arrived at the beginning of this hearing. Chairperson Kreishman informed those <br />present that the Plan Commission had scheduled the hearing on an application from Christopher <br />Kersten, Vice President of and on behalf of International Exchange Corporation, P.O. Box 1672, <br />Manchester, Missouri, represented by Gary Crabtree, for rezoning of the property known as <br />7400 Olive, former site of the St. Louis Rabbinical College. The Chairperson outlined the <br />Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing rezoning applications and called for <br />testimony from the applicant. <br /> <br />Mr. Gary Crabtree of Crabtree Consulting, Inc., 10425-27 Old Olive Street Road, S-23, Creve <br />Coeur, Missouri, appeared. Mr. Crabtree presented a site plan of the lot and explained <br />International Exchange Corporation was under contract to purchase the property from Tile Town <br />of St. Louis, Inc., pending the results of the rezoning. International Exchange Corporation <br />wishes to have the property rezoned from "PA" - Public Activity District to "GC" - General <br />Commercial District. He stated that the lot has 2.7 acres of land with an existing building that <br />was formerly used by the St. Louis Rabbinical College. The land also abuts and surrounds on <br />
