<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />PLAN COMMISSION <br />Minutes <br />April 28, 1993 <br /> <br />The Plan Commission held its regular meeting in the E.O.C. room located in the basement at <br />City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on April 28, 1993. The meeting <br />commenced at 7:35 p.m. with Chairperson Stephen P. Marsh presiding. <br /> <br />Voting Members Present <br />Stephen P. Hill, Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Chairperson Marsh stated that the Commission would now consider approval of the minutes from <br />the March 24, 1993 meeting. Ms. Kreishman moved for approval of the March 24, 1993 <br />minutes. The motion was seconded by Mr. Foxworth and passed by a vote of 7 - O. <br /> <br />Hearing for Resubdivision of Part of Lots 32 and 33 of Central Suburbs (7916 Teasdale) <br /> <br />Chairperson Marsh informed those present that the Plan Commission had scheduled the meeting <br />on an application from Ray Kennedy represented by Donald Carmody of Carmody, MacDonald, <br />Hilton & Wolf, P.C., for resubdivision of Part of Lots 32 and 33 of Central Suburbs (7916 <br />Teasdale). The Chairperson outlined the Commission's procedures and criteria for reviewing <br />resubdivision applications and called for testimony from the applicant. <br /> <br />Attorney, Donald Carmody, 120 South Central, Suite 1100, Clayton, MO 63105, representing <br />the owner, Ray Kennedy, appeared. Mr. Kennedy presented the Commission members with a <br />copy of the proposed final plat survey of the resubdivision. Mr. Carmody stated that 7916 <br />Teasdale is currently a 208.71' wide lot with a depth of 104'. The Kennedys wish to <br />resubdivide the lot into two lots. The eastern lot will be 7280 square feet in area and the <br />western lot will be 14,426 square feet in area. The new lot will have a 25' front building line, <br />a 6' side yard and a 30' rear yard. <br /> <br />Chairperson Marsh asked Mr. Goldman to report on the staff review. Mr. Goldman stated that <br />he has reviewed the Preliminary Plat prepared by James Engineering and Surveying Co., dated <br />March _, 1993, and finds the following problems: 1) The building line is shown with a 25 foot <br />
