<br />- .. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />May 26, 1993 Plan Commission Meeting Mint/tes Page 2 <br /> <br />easements exist for what is noted as "Driveway and Passageway Easement" and "Driveway and <br />Utility Easement", but the maintenance responsibilities for the paving is not spelled out. 3) No <br />information has been supplied regarding maintenance of common areas of the building. 4) There <br />is no information on status of shared plumbing or mechanical components or the responsibilities <br />for maintenance of current or future air conditioning condensing units. <br /> <br />Mr. Kahn moved that the Plan Commission recommend that the City Council approve of the <br />final plat for the resubdivision (condominium) of Lots II, 12 and the East Half of Lot 13, Block <br />I Northmoor (7024 Forsyth) subject to the condition that the following concerns are rectified <br />prior to plat's submission to City Council: 1) The site plan shall show all improvements on the <br />site such as walks and patios, and indicate that the areas outside the building are common areas. <br />2) Maintenance responsibilities for the paving of cross easements for what is noted as <br />"Driveway and Passageway Easement" and "Driveway and Utility Easement" must be spelled <br />out. 3) Information shall be supplied regarding maintenance of common areas of the building. <br />4) Information shall be supplied on status of shared plumbing or mechanical components or the <br />responsibilities for maintenance of current or future air conditioning condensing units. The <br />motion was seconded by Mr. Foxworth and passed by a vote of 5 - O. <br /> <br />Zoning Code Revision <br /> <br />The Plan Commission members, staff members, Zoning Code Revision consultant, Mike Weber <br />and consulting attorney, Shulamith Simon discussed revision proposals as set forth in a <br />memorandum and outline submitted by Mr. Weber. Main topics reveiwed were: Changes in the <br />Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Reveiw procedures; Group Homes; Motor Vehicle <br />Operated Business ordinances; Planned Development regulations; Parking regulations; <br />Nonconforming uses; Notification requirements for public hearings; and the Sign Ordinance. <br />Mr. Weber stated he would update the memorandum to show the Plan Commission's reactions <br />to each of the areas discussed. A copy of the revised memorandum will be distributed to the <br />City Council members prior to the their July meeting with Mr. Weber and Ms. Simon. <br /> <br />Adj ournment <br /> <br />Mr. Foxworth moved that the Plan Commission meeting be adjourned.
