<br />,~ . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />asked to have the access road use added to those districts as a conditional use. <br /> <br />Ms Ratner stated that she would rather see the whole parcel of land rezoned to "GC" - General <br />Commercial and add the conditional use only to that district. She feels uneasy adding the <br />conditional use to the "PR-O" and "PA" districts. <br /> <br />Ms Kreishman moved that the matter be tabled. The motion was seconded by Mr. Kahn and <br />passed by a vote of 5 - O. <br /> <br />Zoning Code Revision <br /> <br />City Staff and Commission members reviewed several issues dealing with the revision of the <br />Zoning Code. Among the discussed items: 1) Rear yard setback requirements for decks; 2) <br />Group homes and elderly day care; 3) Limiting retail service uses to side streets in the "RC" - <br />Retail Commercial District; and 4) The Board of Adjustment's request for changing or <br />eliminating the limit on building identification signs. <br /> <br />Other Business <br /> <br />Ms Ratner presented the Commission with a copy of a letter she sent to the City Council that <br />clarified her position on the historic designation hearing of the Higher Heights Christian Church <br />at 7740 Olive. <br /> <br />Mr. Hill distributed a letter from the U. City Park Commission. Plan commission members <br />asked Mr. Hill to ask the Park Commission to clarify the request in the letter. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Mr. Foxworth moved that the Plan Commission meeting be adjourned. The motion was <br />seconded by Ms Kreishman and passed by a vote of 5 - O. The meeting concluded at 9:50 p.m. <br />
