Attached single-family dwellings, if built and located in accordance with the development <br />standards for two-family houses, townhouses, or patio houses provided in this Section. <br /> <br />c. Apartment dwellings by Site Plan Review as provided in Section 34-69, if built and <br />located in accordance with the development standards for townhouse apartments or <br />garden apartments provided in Section 34-32 ("MR"). All such apartment dwellings <br />must conform with the use regulations for intensity, useable residential open space, and <br />parking provided in that Section. <br /> <br />d. Small group homes for the handicapped, where the group home dwelling unit is more <br />than one thousand (1,000) feet from any existing group home dwelling unit. <br /> <br />e. Home occupations as provided in Section 34-51. <br /> <br />f. Accessory uses as provided in Section 34-52. <br /> <br />g. Conditional Uses: The following shall be allowed as conditional uses in accordance with <br />the procedures provided in Section 34-65: <br /> <br />Small group homes for the handicapped, where the group home dwelling unit is <br />one thousand (1,000) feet or less to any existing group home dwelling unit. <br />Large group homes for the handicapped. <br />Churches, synagogues. <br />Convents and rectories. <br />Utility substations. <br />Public parks or playgrounds. <br />Schools of all types, except trade, technical or business schools and university <br />facilities. <br /> <br />h. Site plan approval, as provided in Section 34-69, is required for uses including meeting <br />halls, club houses, schools, training facilities and dormitories. <br /> <br />Amend Section 34-32.2 PERMITTED USES, by adding small group homes for the <br />handicapped located more than 1000 feet from other group homes for the handicapped as a <br />permitted use; and by adding small group homes for the handicapped, where the group home <br />dwelling unit is one thousand (1,000) feet or less from any existing group home dwelling unit, <br />and large group homes for the handicapped as conditional uses; so that the section as amended <br />reads: <br /> <br />34-32.2 PERMITTED USES <br /> <br />m-12-22.plc <br />
