Attached single-family dwellings may be permitted by Site Plan Review as provided in <br />Section 34-69, and if built and located in accordance with the development standards for <br />townhouses or patio houses provided in Section 34-31 ("LRIt). As a condition of Site <br />Plan Review, the allowable density for any group or development of townhouse or patio <br />houses may be increased to twelve (12) dwelling units per residential acre as provided <br />in Section 34-31 (ltLRIt). <br /> <br />c. Small group homes for the handicapped, where the group home dwelling unit is more <br />than one thousand (1,000) feet from any existing group home dwelling unit. <br /> <br />d. Home occupations as provided in Section 34-51. <br /> <br />e. Accessory uses as provided in Section 34-52. <br /> <br />f. Conditional Uses: The following uses shall be allowed as conditional uses in accordance <br />with the procedures provided in Section 34-65: <br /> <br />Small group homes for the handicapped, where the group home dwelling unit is <br />one thousand (1,000) feet or less to any existing group home dwelling unit. <br />Large group homes for the handicapped. <br />Churches, synagogues and related facilities. <br />Convents and rectories. <br />Utility substations. <br />Public parks or playgrounds. <br />Schools of all types, except trade, technical or business schools, and university <br />facilities. <br /> <br />g. Site Plan approval, as provided in Section 34-69, is required for uses including meeting <br />halls, club houses, schools, training facilities and dormitories. <br /> <br />Amend Section 34-31.2 PERMITIED USES, by adding small group homes for the <br />handicapped located more than 1000 feet from other group homes for the handicapped as a <br />permitted use; and by adding small group homes for the handicapped, where the group home <br />dwelling unit is one thousand (1,000) feet or less from any existing group home dwelling unit, <br />and large group homes for the handicapped as conditional uses; so that the section as amended <br />reads: <br /> <br />34-31.2 PERMITTED USES <br /> <br />a.
